The Bank receives official notice, in writing, from the Three Affiliated Tribes signatory agent, Carol Good Bear, that the billing statements presented to the Tribe are approved for payment. 2. The State of North Dakota, Office of the Attorney General, Gaming Division Financial Administrator, Kathy Roll, requests the Lakeside State Bank to release payment. 96-235-DSB | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Tribal Business Council of the Three Affiliated Tribes hereby authorizes and directs each segment representative on the Council to perform limited oversight relative to the expenditure of Docket 350-C/D Community development monies (and of any other Tribal funds distributed to the respective segment) by the community organization functioning in that segment of the Fort Berthold Reservation which the respective Council member represents. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That for the purpose of facilitating the performance of such oversight, each segment community organization maintaining and expending Docket 350-C/D monies (and any other Tribal funds distributed to the respective segment) shall submit to the member of the Tribal Business Council representing that segment a monthly statement of account setting forth the specific expenditures of such Docket monies (and any other distributed Tribal funds) made during the month being reported; that each such monthly statement shall be due on or before the first day of the second month following the month being reported. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That as a condition precedent to the release of such Docket and any other Tribal monies to the respective segment, the respective segment community organization shall submit to the Tribal Business Council a line item budget clearly identifying the purposes for which all such monies will be expended.
