Purpose/Mission Statement
MHA is open to development of pipelines within our exterior boundaries. The overburden of our roads has created a need for an alternative means of transport other than trucking as well as gas capture. Pipelines can help meet these needs but they have to be built responsibly. We have higher standards due to the fact that minimum standards were not meeting our needs. Under Article III of our constitution, we can set our own standards, especially when these needs are not being met at other levels.
Additional Information:
Assist in other areas of Emergency Response if requested.
