April 2021—General Disbursement—Resolution No. 21-068-FWF
The MHA Nation Tribal Business Council has approved Resolution No. 21-068-FWF which authorizes a one-time payment of
$1,000.00 disbursement to each eligible MHA Nation Tribal member enrolled as of 4/8/2021.
This disbursement, per the Resolution, will be mailed out no later than 4/30/2021 to all members 14 years old and above.
Enrolled members under the age of 14, will be required to have their legal guardian fill out the
April 2021—Resolution No. 21-068-FWF Minor Disbursement Form. Minor disbursements will be for the full amount of $1,000.
Enrolled members under the age of 14, that do not have a completed
April 2021—Resolution No. 21-068-FWF Minor Disbursement Form returned to the
People’s Fund Department by August 1st, 2021, will have the disbursement held in the pooled fund account until the age of 18.
Enrolled members under the age of 14, in the custody of the Three Affiliated Tribes Social Services and under the Indian Child Welfare Act shall have their disbursement held in Trust until the age of 18.
Any delinquent monies owed to the Three Affiliated Tribes Division of Child Support Enforcement, Travel, Small Loans, Home Mortgage, Business Loans, Tribal Court and Ree Lodge Management shall be deducted at a rate of $750.00 (see below for contact info).
IF YOU RECEIVED LESS THAN $1,000 IT IS BECAUSE YOUR NAME WAS ON A DELINQUENT LIST SUBMITTED BY ONE OR ALL OF THESE ENTITIES:
