Our Four Bears Segment CNAs are offering Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar checks at the Johnny Bird Memorial Building from 10 am-6 pm, Monday thru Friday.

We are also offering Immunizations and COVID-19 vaccines (primary series and bivalent boosters) for anyone 12 years and older every Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am-3 pm.

Children's vaccines available (Tdap, HPV, MCV4, influenza, Meningococcal B), and adult vaccines available (Hep B, Hep A, influenza, Tdap, Zoster shingles, pneumococcal). 

If you know any elders that are unable to make these times, please feel free to contact us to schedule a home visit. Please see attached flyers.
