*Enrollee must be 11 years old within the calendar year. Attendance is mandatory. If you do not attend, you will lose the opportunity
      to take a class this year. You may not enroll in more than one course at a time.
*If you fail the course you will not be able to take another class until the following year.
*Students under the age of 18, please have your guardian come in the first evening of class to sign the Student Registration Card.

The Three Affiliated Tribes Fish & Wildlife Division is conducting a study on Small Game, Waterfowl, and Furbearer Species Harvested on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation for the 2016/2017 Hunting Season.  Please fill out each Harvest Report survey for each license purchased during the 2016/2017 Season and mail to (TAT Fish & Wildlife Division, PO Box 1402, New Town, ND, 58763) or drop it off at the New Town Office (TAT Fish & Wildlife Division, 325 Main Street, New Town, ND, 58763) by February 1, 2017.  If you have any questions regarding this survey please do not hesitate to call us at 701-627-4760.

As of November 17, 2016 we are currently sold out of Small Game and Furbearers licenses for the 2016-2017 Season for both
Members and Non Members. Members and Non-Members can start purchasing Small Game & Furbearer licenses on
March 1, 2017 for the 2017/2018 Season that opens on April 1, 2017.

The 2016 Deer Gun Season is currently closed to both Members and Non-Members and will not be extended for the 2016 season. Thanks to all who helped make this year's season successful and safe. For those of you that had a tag please fill out the
questionnaire to the best of your knowledge and hand in/email/or mail to the Game & Fish Department. Remember, even if you
didn’t hunt and received a tag, please fill out the questionnaire and indicate that you did not hunt. Thank you and if you have any

Any Non Members interested in the 2017 Deer Gun Season can contact us at the office (701-627-4760) starting on March 1, 2017 to be put on a call list to be notified if the 2017 Deer Gun Season will be open to Non-Members.  If there are any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at the office.

YOUTH SEASON:
Youth ages 14 & 15 can now begin applying for a youth deer license. Please see document here for qualifications, rules and
regulations.

ELK SEASON:
Persons eligible to participate in the Elk season are: Tribal members and Non-members.

Two pools for the Elk raffle will be available. The first raffle is for Tribal members only. The second raffle will be open to both Tribal
members and Non-members. Tribal members have the choice to which they would like to enter.

Chance raffle tickets will be sold at the Fish & Wildlife Office in New Town at the cost of $10.00 per chance. The raffle ticket fee is
non-refundable. Two Bull Elk permits will be issued after the recipients are determined by the random draw of tickets. Drawing to
determine successful applicants will be held at the Fish & Wildlife office on September 16, 2016 at 12:00PM.

The Tribal Elk Permit will cost $150.00 per tag for Tribal members and $500.00 per tag for Non-members. This is payable to the
Fish & Wildlife Office when you have drawn a winning ticket. A completed application and full payment must be received prior
to issuance.
